2. Q--Are your samples free or need cost?
A--Actually it lies on the products. For low value products, we will offer free samples and need you pay the freight collect. But for some samples of high value, it need sample cost&freight collect.

A--If we have sample at warehouse, we can send with 3 days, but if need to do sampling, it may takes 7-10days to send you sample.

A--To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, it takes around 25-35days for mass production

5. Q--How to solve the quality problem?
A-- If there is any quality problem within 72 hours upon receipt of the goods, we support no reason to return or replace the goods. If the products are damaged due to failure to follow the operation rules, we do not support returning or replacing the goods. After washing, the products will not be returned.
