Actually it lies on the products. For low value products, we will offer free samples and need you pay the freight collect. But for some samples of high value, it need sample cost&freight collect.

If we have sample at warehouse, we can send with 3 days, but if need to do sampling, it may takes 7-10days to send you sample.

5. Can we visit your factory?
